参松养心胶囊对脑心综合征室性早搏及心肌缺血的治疗观察

摘　　要：目的观察参松养心胶囊治疗脑心综合征患者室性早搏的临床疗效以及对心肌缺血的影响。方法80例脑心综合征患者随机分为2组,参松养心胶囊治疗组40例和慢心律对照组40例。2组均予常规治疗,治疗组加服参松养心胶囊4粒,3次/d;对照组加服慢心律150mg,3次/d,疗程2周,观察2组室性早搏及血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平的变化。结果治疗组心电图总有效率为92.5%,症状改善率为90.0%;对照组心电图总有效率为82.5%,症状改善率为70.0%;经治疗后血LDH、CK-MB、cTnI含量明显降低(P<0.01)。2组治疗后症状改善率、心电图改善率和心肌酶改变比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论参松养心胶囊对脑心综合征患者室性早搏具有较好疗效,并且可以降低血清心肌酶水平。Objective To observe the clinical efficiency of traditional Chinese medicine Shensongyangxin capsule on treating ventricular premature beat and myocardial ischemia in patients with cerebral-cardiac syndrome. Methods 80 patients were randomly divided into two groups： Sheongyangxin capsule treatment group and mexiletin control group. The patients in two groups were respectively treated with Shensongyangxin capsule （4 tables, rid） and mexiletin（ 150 mg, tid）for 2 weeks. The change of ventricular premature beat and levels of lactate dehydrogenase（LDH）, creatine kinase-MB（CK-MB）, troponin I（eTnI） in blood serum were observed and compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate and symptom improved rate in Shensongyangxin capsule treatment group were significantly higher than those in control group （92.5% vs 82.5% ,90.0% vs 70.0% P 〈 0.01 ,respectively）. The levels of LDH, CK-MB, cTnI in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group（ P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion It demonstrated that Shensongyangxin capsule had better therapeutic effect on ventricular premature beat in patients with cerebral-cardiac syndrome, also decreased the levels of myocardial creatase.
