公安院校“学困生”学习困难的成因及其解决对策

摘　　要：在公安院校里部分学习困难的学员给公安院校的学员教育和管理工作增加了一定的难度,这部分学员虽然为数不多,但是不良影响很大。对学习困难学员的教育转化工作关系着一个学员队乃至整个学校风气的好坏,更关乎到公安高等教育能否健康发展的问题。文章在界定公安院校"学困生"概念的基础上,探索了"学困生"学习困难的成因,并提出了相应的转化对策,以期推进公安院校对"学困生"学习困难的研究。Some underachievers in police colleges and institutions have added difficulties to the college education and administration. Although they only account a small part of the whole students, they have made great bad influence. The education and transition of the underachievers related to the ethos of a students group even the school. Also it has a close relationship with the healthy development of our police higher education. In order to put forward the research of police colleges and institutions＇underachievers, based on the definition of police schools＇ underachievers, the author integrates the practice, finds the reasons count for theie study difficulty, and poses the relevant solutions.
