摘　　要：核心技术链与核心产业链的互促不仅能使旧核心技术链升级为新核心技术链,而且最重要的是能使旧核心产业链升级为新核心产业链,从而使经济实现从低层次经济形态到高层次经济形态的演变并进一步实现经济发展方式的转变。作为典型的发展中国家,中国应以核心产业链拉动核心技术链作为核心技术链与核心产业链互促的起步阶段,并在此过程中,实现经济发展方式的转变。Technology and industry are two important factors of supporting economic development,the mutu promotion of the core technical chain and the core industrial chain is the key of transiting the core technical train from low level to high-level. As a typical developing country, China should consider ＂the core industrial chain promotes the core technical chain＂ as the initial stage of ＂the mutual promotion of the core industrial chain and the core technical chain ＂.During this, China achieve the transformation of the mode of economic development.
