摘 要:为了解决制革中的污染问题,在真空条件下,对制革工艺中的脱毛、铬鞣等主要污染工序进行了试验研究,分析了湿加工过程中的主要影响因素,提出了集真空、温度和机械作用于一体的结构方案,研制成功了一种新型皮革真空转鼓。结果表明:在提高工艺质量的前提下,工作时间大大缩短,废液排放量减少一半以上。The vacuum system and technology, used in wet processing of leather in vacuum, was successfully developed. The influence of various major conditions in different stages of the leather wet processing, including pressure, temperature, concentrations of different chemicals and enzymes, on the quality of leather was systematically studied. The dedicated vacuum system consists of a specially designed vacuum drum as well as a temperature control unit. The preliminary results show that a judicious choice of the wet processing conditions in vacuum considerably improves the over-all quality of leather, reduces processing time and decreases the chemical wastes by more than 50%. We suggest that there be still much room for improvement of the vacuum leather wet processing.
