北五味子不同部位总木脂素的含量测定

摘　　要：目的:首次对北五味子果实、藤茎、果柄、种仁、种皮、果肉中总木脂素的含量进行测定,建立北五味子总木脂素的含量测定方法。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,在570nm波长处检测总木脂素含量。结果:在0.01～0.05mg吸光度与其总木脂素含量呈良好的线性关系,总木脂素平均回收率为98.15%,RSD=2.52%。结论:北五味子不同部位中总木脂素的含量为果肉最多,藤茎最少。Objective： To determine the contents of total lagnans of the fruit, vines, carpopodiu, kernel, seed-coat, pulp from Schisandra chinensis （Turcz.） Baill. Methods： The contents of total lagnans of the fruit, vines, um kernel, seed-coat, pulp from Schisandra chinensis （Turcz.） Baill were determined by Chromatometry at 570nm for lignanoid. Results： the linear range of lignanoid was 0.01- 0.05mg.The average recovery was 98.15%,with RSD 2.52%.Condusion： The total lignans content of pulp in Schisandra chinensis（Turcz.） Baill was higher than the others.The total lignans contents of vines was the lowest.
