摘　　要：[目的]了解昆明市盘龙区参加新型农村合作医疗（新农合）农民需要住院情况及其影响因素，探讨影响参合农民健康的指标。[方法]2007年1月，在昆明市抽取盘龙区部分参合农民进行调查分析。[结果]调查130户、498名参合农民，需住院的39人，需住院率为7．84％。需住院率，0～10岁、11～20岁、21～40岁、41～60岁、≥61岁分别为2．60％、6．15％、7．65％、7．14％、20．83％（P〈0．01），未婚者、在婚者、离婚及丧偶者分别为5．18％、9．66％、15.00％（P〈0．05）；患慢性病者、未患慢性病者分别为35．00％、6．69％（P〈0．01）。非条件Logistic回归分析结果。影响需住院率的因素有性别、年龄和是否患慢性病。[结论]盘龙区女性、患慢性病者、年龄较大的参合农民需住院率较高。[Objective]To understand the status and influence factors of need hospitalization among farmers partieipating new rural cooperative medical system（abbr. NRCMS） in Panlong district. [Methods]Farmers participating NRCMS in Panlong district of Kunming were investigated in January, 2007. [Results]39 persons need for hospitalization among 498 persons of 130 households investigated,accounting for 7.84 %. The people aged from 0-10,11-20,21- 40,41-60 and over 60 accounted for 2.60%, 6.15 %, 7.65 %, 7.14 % and 20.83 % （ P〈0. 01） respectively, unmarried, married and divorced or bereaved of his or her spouse accounted for 5.18% ,9.66% and 15.00% （ P 〈0.05） respectively. The people suffering from chronic diseases and not suffering chronic diseases accounted for 35.00% and 6.69% （ P 〈0.01） respectively. The findings of non-conditional Logistic regression analysis showed that sex, age and the situation whether or not suffering from chronic diseases were the influence factors of need for hospitalization. [Conclusion]The need for hospitalization was higher among female,the people suffering from chronic disease and the older people participating NRCMS in Panlong district.
