摘　　要：[目的]评价在娱乐场所服务小姐中开展性病／艾滋病相关知识培训和推广使用安全套等行为干预措施的效果。[方法]2006～2008年，对盐城市盐都区部分娱乐场所服务小姐进行培训、干预与评价。[结果]干预前调查278人，干预后调查273人。干预前与干预后，艾滋病3种传播途径知晓率、关爱艾滋病朋友者所占比例、与客人发生性行为时安全套每次使用率均有明显提高（P〈0．01或P〈0．05）；性病总检查率和总感染率明显下降（P〈0．01）。[结论]在娱乐场所服务小姐中开展性病／艾滋病相关知识培训和推广使用安全套等行为干预措施效果明显。[Objective]To evaluate the effect of AIDS/STD related knowledge training and the intervention effect on condom use promotion among female sex workers in entertainment places. [Methods]Training,intervention and evaluation on AIDS/STD knowledge were conducted among female sex workers in entertainment places from 2006 to 2008. [Results] 278 and 273 employees were investigated before and after intervention. The understanding rate of 3 AIDS transmission routes,the proportion of taking care of AIDS patients and condom use when had sex were improved obviously after intervention （ P 〈0. 01 or P 〈0.05）. The total examination rate and infection rate of STD was decreased significantly（ P 〈0.01）. [Conclusion]The intervention effect on AIDS/STD related knowledge training and condom use promotion among - female sex workers in entertainment places was effective.
