摘　　要：[目的]了解洛阳市城区美容理发店的卫生状况,及时发现问题,为卫生监督工作提供依据。[方法]采用随机抽样的方法,对洛阳市城区120家美容理发店的空气及公共用品用具进行抽样检测,按国家有关卫生标准评价。[结果]120家单位均持有卫生许可证,从业人员健康证合格率为89.17%,卫生设施合格率为98.33%,一般卫生状况合格率为95.83%,化妆品索证合格率为81.67%;空气卫生质量总合格率为96.22%,其中CO2合格率最低(91.71%);公共用品用具总合格率为87.41%,其中剪刀合格率(94.67%)高于梳子(86.67%)和毛巾(83.33%),三者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);美容店内公共用品用具合格率(91.11%)高于理发店(87.18%)和美容理发兼营店(86.11%),但其差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。[结论]洛阳市城区美容理发店卫生许可证持证率较高,存在的主要问题是从业人员健康证、化妆品索证、室内CO2含量、公共用品用具消毒。[Objective]To understand the hygienic status of beauty shops and barbershops in Luoyang urban district, find some problems in time,and provide evidence for health supervision. [Methods]Samples of air and public appliances randomly collected in 120 beauty shops and barbershops in urban district were tested and evaluated based on the related national hygienic standards. [Results]120 units all had hygienic license. The qualified rate of health certificate, health facilities,general hygienic status, requirement of qualified certificate of cosmetics was 89.17 %, 98.33 %, 95.83% and 81.67 % respectively;The qualified rate of air quality was 96.22 %, among all indexes, the lowest was CO2 （91.71% ） ;The qualified rateof public appliances was 8 7.41% , scissors＇ （ 9 4.6 7 % ） was much higher than combs＇ （ 8 6.6 7 % ） and towels＇ （ 8 3.3 3 % ）. There was a difference （P 〈 0.05）;In beauty shops, it was higher（91.11 %）in beauty shops than that in barbershops （87.18%） and in shops with both beauty making and hair cutting （86.11%）,but there was no difference （ P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion]The qualified rate of hygiene license was higher in beauty shops and barbershops in Luoyang urban district. The main problems are employees health certificates, requirement of qualified certificate of cosmetics ,indoor CO2 content and sterilization of public appliances.
