自体心包片重建右室流出道体外循环下法洛四联症矫治术24例护理配合

摘　　要：目的::探讨自体心包片重建右室流出道体外循环下法洛四联症矫治术护理配合的方法。方法:对24例法洛四联症患儿的护理资料进行回顾性分析。结果:本组24例手术过程顺利,手术时间3.3～4.2h,平均3.9h。无手术死亡和再手术病例,术后未发生因选用自体心包所致的相关并发症,如动脉瘤样膨出、补片残余漏、漏血、血栓形成等。结论:自体心包片重建右室流出道具有取材方便、组织相容性好、抗感染力强、不易发生血栓等优点,术中密切的护理配合是手术成功的重要保障。Objective ： To explore nursing assistance in surgical treatment of tetralogy of Fallot through the reconstruction of fight ventricular outflow tract with autologous pericardial valved flake under cardiopulmonary bypass. Methods： Data of nursing care of 24 children who received surgical treatment for tetralogy of Fallot were analyzed retrospectively. Results ： Surgical procedures were successful in all patients. Operative time was 3.3 -4.2 h, an average of 3.9h. There was no operative death and reoperation case, and no related complications due to autologous pericardium occurred, such as aneurysmal bulging, residual patch leakage, leak of blood and thrombosis. Conclusion ： It is easy to get the repair material and the material used for the reconstruction of right ventricular outflow tract has the advantages of good histocompatibility, strong anti - infection and less incidence of thrombosis. Intraoperative nursing assistance plays an important role in ensuring the success of the operation.
