舒适护理在肝动脉化疗栓塞术后患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨舒适护理在肝动脉化疗栓塞(TACE)术后患者中的应用效果。方法:将130例行TACE术患者随机分为实验组76例和对照组54例。实验组采取舒适护理,对照组仅给予常规护理。比较两组患者护理后的不舒适反应和对护理工作的满意度。结果:实验组患者腰酸背痛、恶心、排尿困难、失眠、腹痛等不适情况较对照组减轻(P<0.01),实验组患者对护理工作的满意度高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对TACE术后患者实施舒适护理,可显著增加患者的舒适度,提高生存质量。Objective： To explore the effect of comfortable nursing care in transcatheter arterial chemoembolization （ TA- CE）. Methods： 130 patients with TACE were randomly divided into experimental group （n = 76 ） and control group （n = 54）. Comfortable nursing care was taken in experimental group and routine nursing care was given to the patients in control group. The discomfort and patient＇s satisfaction with nursing care were compared between the two groups. Results： The backache, nausea, dysuria, insomnia, abdominal pain of the patients were alleviated in experimental group compared with control group （P 〈0.01） ; the patient＇s satisfaction with nursing care was much more in experimental group （P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Comfortable nursing care after TACE can significantly increase the patient＇s comfort and improve their quality of life.
