摘　　要：目的:探讨人工全髋关节置换术患者围术期的护理方法。方法:将133例人工全髋关节置换术患者随机分为对照组66例和实验组67例,对照组采用常规护理方法,实验组采用常规护理+康复指导的护理方法,观察并比较两组术后3周并发症发生情况。结果:两组术后3周并发症发生情况比较均有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:对人工全髋关节置换术患者采用常规护理+康复指导的围术期护理方法,可明显降低术后并发症的发生率,有利于提高患者生活质量。Objective： To explore perioperative nursing methods in total artificial hip joint replacement. Methods： 133 patients with total artificial hip joint replacement were randomly divided into control group （ n = 66 ） and experimental group（ n = 67 ）. Conventional nursing care was taken in control group and conventional nursing care combined with rehabilitation instruction was applied in experimental group, observing the occurrence of complications three weeks after operation. Results： The significant difference was found in the comparison of postoperative complications occurred in three weeks after operation between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusion： Conventional nursing care combined with rehabilitation instruction in perioperative period can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of the patients in total artificial hip joint replacement.
