摘 要:目的应用不同频率电刺激大鼠丘脑底核(STN),观察对丘脑束旁核(PF)神经元放电的影响,研究STN对PF神经元活动的调节作用。方法采用电生理学方法,以不同频率电刺激(20、50、100、130、200 Hz,强度0.4 mA,波宽0.06 m s,时程5 s)STN,用玻璃微电极记录大鼠PF神经元放电的变化。结果刺激频率低于100 Hz时,多数神经元无明显反应;刺激频率为130 Hz和200 Hz时,大多数神经元呈兴奋反应,放电明显增多。结论高频刺激大鼠STN对PF主要为兴奋作用,提示高频刺激STN治疗帕金森氏病的机制有PF神经元活动的参与。Objective To exam the effect of the different frequency stimulation of the subthalamic nucleus (STN) on the neuronal activities of the parafascieular nucleus (PF) in rats. Methods Different frequency stimulation (20, 50, 100, 130, 200 Hz, intensity 0. 4 mA, width 0. 06 ms, duration 5 s) was delivered to the STN. The firing rates of PF neurons were observed using extracellular recording. Results At a frequency lower than 100 Hz, there was no obvious response. As STN - HFS with 130 Hz and 200 Hz, the majority of PF neurons presented excitatory response. Conclusions High - frequency stimulation of the STN induced an excitory effect on the spontaneous activity of the PF neurons in normal rats. It suggested that STN - HFS used to treat Parkinson's is related to excitation of the activity of the parafascicular nucleus.
