农村劳动力的非农就业能力与外出动机之间的关系分析——以山西为例

摘　　要：本文以316名外出劳动力为研究对象,就其非农就业能力与外出就业动机之间的关系进行了探索性分析。SEM模型结果显示:知识增长与发展型动机之间存在显著的正向关系,但与收入型和教育型动机呈显著的负向关系;较好的沟通能力和适应能力分别有助于教育型动机和收入型动机的实现;较强的市场意识与发展型动机显著正相关。This paper chooses 316 off-farmers as the study subject,to explore the relationship of human capital,off-farm employability,and motivation of off-farm employment.On the one hand,examines whether there is notable difference among labor's motivation of off-farm employment,on the other hand,analyses the labor's apperception and judgment after a period of time of off-farm,and tries to quest some relationship between off-farm employability and motivation of off-farm employment.By factor analysis,the paper develops five factors of off-farm employability,and named respectively:awareness of market,the ability of work,ability of communication,the ability of adaption and knowledge increasing.The results of SEM model show that there is a significant positive relationship between the knowledge rising and the motivation of seeking for development,but significantly negative with the motivation of increasing income and increasing children's opportunity of attaining education;better ability of communication and adaption conducts to achieve the motivation of education and the motivation of increasing income respectively;stronger awareness of market significantly positive with the motivation of seeking for development;and the ability of work doesn't show significant meaning with every motivation of off-farm.
