试析中国参与解决达尔富尔问题的基本方式

摘　　要：2004年以来,中国开始参与解决发生在苏丹的达尔富尔问题,主要途径包括三类:多边外交、双边协调努力和驻苏企业发挥作用。三种途径的相互关系是:借助联合国等多边场合参与解决问题的进程,有意识地与其他区域性组织配合引导议题发展方向。与此同时,加强与美国在关键问题上的协调合作,借助中国—苏丹政府的双边接触、中国驻苏企业的积极影响,促进苏丹政府政策调整。在此基础上,再在联合国框架内确定政治解决的具体方法和"路线图"。China has been involved in the international efforts to solve the Darfur problem in Sudan since the year of 2004.China adopts three approaches for her participation in the process: multilateral cooperation,bilateral coordination,and the role played by Chinese enterprises in Sudan.These approaches are interconnected Participation in multilateral activities such as in the UN provides more opportunities for China to the resolution of the problem.China also pays attention to cooperation with relevant regional organizations in the shaping of the orreritation of efforts for the solution of the problem.Meanwhile,China has strengthened coordination upon key issues with the US and through contact with the Sudan government and the active influence of Chinese enterprises in Sundan,China promotes active adjustment of policy on the part of the Sudan government.
