摘  要:通过介绍一起锅炉分隔屏过热器爆管的事件经过,对爆管的情况进行全面检查和试验,对运行调整控制参数的历史记录进行全面检查,分析运行操作不当而导致过热器超温的原因。针对过热器超温现象采取了相应措施:加强锅炉启动初期的运行监视;优化旁路控制方式,提高过热蒸汽通流量;加强运行燃烧调整控制,提高燃烧的稳定性;加强锅炉湿态运行的给水控制。1a多来的运行实践表明,对防止过热器爆管采取的措施取得明显效果。By introducing a tube explosion of division panel superheater, back-check and experiment to the tube explosion condition and review of the historical account of operational adjustment controlling parameters were done roundly, then the causes of superheater temperature excursion resulted by misoperation was analysed. Corresponding measures were taken against superheater temperature excursion, viz. enhancing operation monitoring at the boiler start-up process, optimizing by-pass control strategies, increasing the steam-gas flow, reinforcing the control of combustion adjustment, improving the combustion stability, strengthening feed -water control of boiler wet operation. Operation results for more than one year show the effectiveness of the measures taken above against tube explosion of superheater.
