摘  要:绥中发电有限公司的2台俄罗斯电力工厂制造的TBB-800-2EY3型汽轮发电机运行约19000h,出现由于定子线棒振动引起的股线磨损断裂以及定子端部绕组连接母线振动导致疲劳断裂的故障。分析认为定子端部绕组支撑刚度严重不足、整体性差等设计结构上的弊病是造成该型发电机故障的根本原因,定子端部铜屏蔽位置设置不当,造成损耗大、温升高是限制发电机进相运行能力的起因。对该型汽轮发电机定子端部绕组支撑结构及铜屏蔽结构的现代化改造提出了具体建议。The fault occurred on two TBB-800-2EY3 turbo-generators was described, they were manufactured by Russian (Electrosila) Factory, running around 19 000 h in Guohua Suizhong Power Plant. Vigorous vibration of stator winding bars caused strand wear, fracture, and fatigue fracture of connection on parallel ring. The fault of the generator was caused by the structure design, such as the poor stiffness of stator end-winding support and the lacking compactedness of stator end-winding. The imperfect arrangement of core end plate cooper screen will cause the loss increase and temperature rise, which is also the cause of lower the leading phase operation capability of the generator. The suggestions for modernization reformation of stator end winding supporting construction and core end plate cooper screen structure arrangement were presented.
