摘  要:GIS设备以其性能优良、免维护等优点给电网安全稳定运行带来了保障,同时也带来了扩建或处理缺陷时的困难,停电及交流耐压也给系统带来了较大风险。结合220kVGIS扩建出线间隔和更换问题元件的实际,科学合理地安排施工和试验,在满足规程的同时,尽可能做到减少停电次数和停电时间,反映出耐压时需要220kVGIS大部分或全部停电给系统带来较大不便和风险。提出对于220kVGIS的设计和扩建或处理缺陷的施工建议:设计母线和分段开关应按照最终规模,扩建或处理缺陷的施工中应采用分步耐压方法,以减少停电并避免GIS设备全部停电的风险。By fight of good capability and no-maintenance, the GIS equipments bring the guarantee to the safe and steady operation of power grid. At the same time, it brings the problems during expanding or dealing with the defect for 220 kV GIS. The power-cut and A.C. withstand voltage test also brings the huge risk to the system. Combined with expansion of the outlet space and replacing the components for 220 kV GIS, and according to the rules, the construction and testing are arranged scientifically and rationally, which should also reduce the times of power-cut and the duration. It also reflects a great inconvenience and risk to the power system during the AC withstand voltage test for 220 kV GIS. The construction suggestions for 220 kV GIS expanding or dealing with the defect are presented that the design should be considered the appropriate scale of the bus and sub-switches, the expansion or construction of dealing with the defect should adopt the method of step-by-step voltage, in order to reduce the times of power-cut and to avoid the risk of power-cut to the whole GIS equipments.
