摘 要:用SEM和EDS法分析比较森吉米尔法和双镀Galfan合金镀层的显微组织,研究了森吉米尔法浸镀温度和时间对过渡层的影响。结果表明,森吉米尔法镀层厚度比双镀镀层厚,且表面层组织致密度好。不同的预处理工艺对Galfan镀层中的合金化反应产物没有明显影响,在过渡层中靠近基体和表面层位置分别形成FeAlZnx相和FeAl3Znx相。过渡层的生长主要受浸镀温度和浸镀时间的影响。Microstructure of Galfan coatings obtained by Sendzimir and double-step hot-dip process was analyzed by means of SEM and EDS. The effects of hot-dipping temperature and time on the transition layer were studied. The results show that the Galfan coating hot-dipped by Senzimir process is thicker and much compact than that by double-step hot-dipping process. The alloyed products in the transition layer obtained by different pretreatment are not obviously different, near the substrate exists FeA;Znx phase and near the surface layer exists FeAl3Znx phase. The growth of transition layer is mainly depended on the hot-dipping temperature and time.
