摘 要:通过对网带炉淬火油槽冷却系统的技术改进及PAG淬火剂的应用,以及对PAG淬火剂的浓度、温度、喷射、搅拌力度及角度等方面的调节与控制,并按工艺需要,对工件高中温段实施强烈淬火冷却控制,使产品达到"高温区快冷,低温区慢冷"的理想淬火冷却效果。由于采用强烈淬火控制技术,最大限度地强化了热交换,工件得到可控制的均匀快冷,使工件淬火冷却效果更强烈,硬度更高、更均匀。由于淬火后工件表面产生了压应力,有效地抑制了工件的畸变和开裂,使产品质量及产量得到了大幅度提高。The quenching control system in mesh-belt furnace was improved by means of rebuilding the oil tank and applying PAG quenchant instead of oil. According to the process demands, adjusting and controlling the PAG quenchant concentration, temperature, spraying and agitation intensity and angle of impeller, the workpieces can get an ideal cooling effect which is rapidly cooled in high temperature area and slowly cooled in low temperature area. Due to adopting intensive quenching technology and complete heat exchange, the workpieces can obtain more uniform and higher hardness through controllable rapid cooling. Because there is compressive stress on the quenched workpiece's surface, the crack can be restrained effectively and the product quality can he greatly improved and the output is increased.
