摘 要:采用种子乳液聚合技术合成甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(MBS)接枝粉料,采用悬浮聚合技术合成甲基丙烯酸甲酯-苯乙烯-丙烯腈三元共聚物(MSAN)。分别选用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)/苯乙烯-丙烯腈共聚物(SAN-T)混合树脂和MSAN树脂作为透明丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯(ABS)树脂的两种基体,采用熔融掺混技术制备透明ABS树脂。研究了PMMA/SAN-T基体的组成以及共聚而成的MSAN基体对透明ABS树脂性能的影响。结果表明,当基体为PMMA/SAN-T时,透明ABS树脂的冲击强度随着基体中PMMA含量的增加先增大后减小;透光率先增大后减小,而雾度先减小后增大。以MSAN树脂为基体的透明ABS树脂的力学性能较好,光学性能较差。A series of methylmethacrylate butadiene-styrene (MBS) resin was synthesized via seeded emulsion polymerization techniques. Methylmethacrylate-styrene-acrylonitrile (MSAN) resin was synthesized via suspension polymerization. Transparent ABS resin was prepared by blending MBS with either MSAN or a blend of polymethylmethacrylate/acrylonitrile-styrene (PMMA/SAN). The effect of various components on the properties of transparent ABS was studied. It was found that in MBS/PMMA/SAN system, impact strength and transmittance of transparent ABS resin increased first, and then decreased; haze of ABS decreased first, and then increased with increasing content of PMMA. In the MBS/MSAN system, better mechanical properties but worse optical properties were observed.
