摘 要:主要分析了影响长臂类零件注射成型过程中翘曲变形的主要因素,结合实例研究了多浇口注射成型方法对制件翘曲变形的影响。以车用PBT长臂灯架的注射浇口设计为例,通过数值模拟技术分别研究了采用单浇口、2浇口和3浇口注射成型时,由冷却和收缩不均引起的翘曲变形规律。结果表明,对于细长臂注塑件,采用玻璃纤维增强和玻璃微珠改性PBT注射成型的翘曲变形趋向有明显差异,模具的浇口和数量可通过模拟分析确定。The principal factors affecting the warpage of injection-molded long-armed part were discussed. An approach to the decrease of warpage degree of the part using multi-gates was presented. Taken a vehicle-use long-armed PBT lamp holder as a sample, using single, two or three gates, the warpage caused by uneven cooling and shrinkage was studied with numerical simulation method. It was found that there were distinct differences of warpage between fiber and glass bead filled PBT long-armed part. The position and number of gates for different materials could be determined by simulation analysis. The simulation method in this work was proven an effective way to improve mold design and to optimize injection process.
