摘 要:研究了接枝剂甲基丙烯酸烯丙酯(ALMA)对聚丙烯酸丁酯/聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-衣康酸)[PBA/P(MMA-ITA)]核壳粒子的制备及其增韧聚酰胺6的影响,探讨了ALMA用量对核壳粒尺寸、凝胶含量及其共混物力学性能和加工性能的影响。结果表明,核壳乳胶粒子具有明显的核壳结构,尺寸在340 nm左右且分布均匀;接枝剂提高了核壳粒子的凝胶含量,但对粒子尺寸影响不大;ALMA用量为1 mL时,共混物的冲击强度提高近20%,同时共混物的结晶度由18.5%下降到16.2%,熔点由225.0℃下降到217.3℃。通过SEM对共混物冲击断面的观察发现,核壳粒子的引入使共混物由脆性断裂向韧性断裂转变。Allylmethacrylate (ALMA) grafted poly (butyl acrylate)/poly (methyl methacrylate-itaconicacid) [PBA/P(MMA-ITA)] core-shell particles were prepared and used in the toughening of polyamide 6. The effects of the amount of ALMA on average diameter and gel content of core shell particles, and the resulted mechanical and processing properties of its blends with PA6 were discussed. The core-shell latex particles possessed an average size about 340 nm and uniformly distributed. The grafting of ALMA did not affect the size of the core-shell particles but increased their gel content. When the dosage of ALMA was 1 mL, the impact strength of the blend was enhanced near 20 %. However, the crystallinity degree of polyamide 6 was decreased from 18. 5 % to 16.2 % and the melting point of the blend was dropped from 225.0 ℃ to 217.3 ℃. Viewed from the fractured surface of impact samples by SEM, a brittle-ductile transition with increasing coreshell particles was observed.
