摘　　要：在上位机和PLC串行通讯的基础上,通过PLC采集处理现场开关量和模拟量信号以及脉冲信号,运用上位机开发人机界面,动态显示设备运行状态。并将此方案成功运用在自动变速器A-340E试验台的数据采集系统中。This article introduces how to realize the communication between host computer and PLC, and uses PLC to collect and manage the digital signals, analog signals and pulse signals, and employs host computer to design user interface and to display situation of machine. This method is used in Experimental bench of Toyota Automatic Transmission A-340E.
