基于MAPX的温州市土地管理信息系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：根据温州市土地管理信息系统开发的目标和设计原则,实现了对温州市土地现状数据的图文一体化管理。利用MAPX4.5和Mapinfor等软件对温州市土地管理信息系统的总体模块、数据库建设及各子功能模块进行了设计,并采用集成技术对系统进行了开发。集成后的系统具备了数据的编辑、查询、统计分析及报表自动生成和专题制作等功能。系统所包含的地籍管理子系统、建设用地子系统和土地规划子系统,可以实现一个系统全面使用的要求。研究的结果可以为研究区土地管理部门提供科学、快捷、有效的管理手段。According to the development goals and design principle in Wenzhou City, land management information system was developed in this paper. Mapx4.5 and MapInfo was used to design the management information system modules, database development and the sub-function modules of overall Wenzhou City land. After building this system, the integration of land data management had been completed. This system included data editing, inquiring, automatically generating statistical analysis and data output. These results can provide some conveniences, scientific and effective methods for land managers to make decision.
