摘　　要：热带风暴、台风是影响船舶航行与海上设施作业安全的重大灾害性天气。在现场利用气象传真图分析判断热带风暴、台风的移动路径,将预报图和高空实况图结合起来进行连续科学分析,相互印证,对采取正确的避台风措施,保证人员、船舶安全和海洋防灾减灾具有非常重要的意义。The tropical storms especially typhoon are the significant disastrous weather that can affect the ship navigation and operational facilities at sea. Combining the meteorological facsimile chart associated with forecast chart and upper-air chart can judge the path of the tropical storm or typhoon in-situ. Through the scientific analysis serially, we can choose the correct methods to evade the typhoon while working at sea. This is very important to guarantee the security of personnel, ships in voyage and make quick pre-waming to decrease the marine disasters.
