摘　　要：现代船舶公司愈来愈追求实时、安全、高效、节能地管理与控制船舶。船岸一体化管理平台采用现代通信、数据处理等技术可以来实现这一目标。本文所设计的平台采用先进的技术与管理理念来实现船岸一体化管理所需要的功能。Managers of modem shipping company are increasingly in pursuit of real-time,safety,efficient and energy-saving management and control of ships. Ship and shore management integration platform can achieve this objective by use of modern communications and data processing technology. The realization of the platform in this paper adapts advanced technology and management concepts to achieve required functions.
