摘  要:目的建立总间苯三酚的含量测定方法,并测定不同地区商品贯众中总间苯三酚的含量。方法采用可见分光光度法,以绵马贯众素ABBA为对照品,0.5%坚牢蓝BB盐溶液为显色剂,室温放置20 min显色,在476 nm波长下测定吸光度,标准曲线法计算供试品中总间苯三酚的含量。结果绵马贯众素ABBA在6.42~38.52μg范围内线性关系良好,回归方程A=20.957C+0.013 3, r=0.999 6;精密度良好,RSD=1.44%;供试品溶液显色后90 min内稳定,RSD=1.58%。本法测定的重复性良好,RSD=2.11%;平均加样回收率为98.33%,RSD=1.08%(n=5)。结论该法可用于商品贯众中总间苯三酚的含量测定。Objective To establish the method of quantitative determination in total phloroglucinol, and determine the contents of total phloroglucinol in commercial Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizomae produced form different areas. Methods The visible spectrophotometry was used and dryocrassine ABBA was taken as the control sample and 0.5% saline solution of luxol fast blue BB as developing agent placed for 20 minutes for development at room temperature. The absorbance was detected with the wavelength of 476 nm, and the contents of total phloroglucinol in the samples were calculated with standard curve method. Results Dryocrassine ABBA showed a good linear relationship at range of 6.42 - 38.52 p^g ( regression equation A = 20. 957C + 0. 013 3, r = 0.999 6) with a high precision and RSD - 1.44%. The sample solution was stable within 90 minutes Mter colour development and RSD = 1.58%. The method had a high repeatability and RSD =2.11% with a high precision. The average recovery was 98.33% and RSD = 1.08% ( n = 5 ). Conclusion The method can be used for quantitative determination of total phloroglucinol in commercial Rhizoma Dryopteris Crassirhizomae.
