摘  要:2005年4月28日至5月11日在南海北部进行了调查,测定了南海不同深度海水中溶解N20的浓度。结果表明,表层海水中的N2O浓度范围在5.17~14.9nmolfL,饱和度范围为90.4%~236.3%,除个别站位外,表层水体中N2O均处于过饱和状态,是大气中N2O的净源。在研究海域陆架.陆坡站位和海盆区站位N2O的垂直分布有一共同特点:透光层海水中N20垂直混合较为均匀。利用Liss和Merlivat公式(LM86)以及Wanninkhof公式(W92)分别计算了南海N2O海-气交换通量,结果为-0.57~32.93μmol/m^2·d和.1.1—53.51μmol/m^2·d,此外,我们还估算了南海对大气N2O的贡献为0.15~0.24Tg/a,要远高于开阔大洋。The concentrations of dissolved nitrous oxide in the seawater at different depths were investigated in the north South China Sea during Apr. 28 - May 11, 2005. The results showed that the N2O concentrations in the surface water ranged between 5.17 and 14.9 nmol/L, with saturations range between 90.4% - 236.3%. All of surface seawater was saturated with N2O except a few stations. It showed that this area was a source of N2O which release N2O into the atmosphere. In the continental shelf-slope and basin stations the vertical distribution of N2O has a common feature well mixed in the euphotic layer. The N2O flux between air and sea were -0.57 - 32.93 μmol/m2 · d and -1.1 -53.51 μmol/m^2 · d, which were calculated using the Liss and Merlivat (LM86) and Wanninkhof formula (W92) ,respectively. Besides, the N2O in the atmosphere contributed in the studied area was about 0.15 -0.24 Tg/ a, much higher than the proportion contributed by the open ocean.
