摘　　要：农行广西区分行经过近一年的努力,成功建立ISO9000质量管理体系,成为广西区内首家整体通过该体系认证的国有大型商业银行分支机构。该行通过实施质量管理体系,打造科学的文件体系,实现业务标准化管理,确保业务的安全运营,增强质量与服务意识。该行创新能力、服务能力、风险管理能力得到了提升,为构建良好的品牌优势和信誉优势打下了坚实的基础。Throrgh about one year＇s hard working, the Agricultural Bank of China Guangxi Branch has successfully set up ISO9000 quality management system and has created a scientific paper system, implemented of standardized business management, ensured the security of business operations, enhanced awareness of quality and service.Its innovation capabilities, service capabilities, risk management capabilities have been upgraded.It has built the a solid foundation for good brand and reputation advantages.
