摘　　要：介绍了机构知识库的概念、功能及发展状况,认为我国高校建设机构知识库具有良好的基础,提出了基于高校数字图书馆的机构知识库建设的基本模型。This paper introduced the concept, function and development of institutional repository, holds that our country＇s colleges and universities have good foundation for constructing the institutional repository, and puts forward some basic, models of the construction of institutional repository based on universities＇ digital libraries.
