摘　　要：以美国克莱姆森大学图书馆为例,介绍了该大学图书馆的服务工作和运作模式,尤其是参考服务、馆际互借和文献传递服务,对国内大学图书馆的发展具有一定的启示作用。Taking the library of the Clemson University in USA as an example, this paper introduces its service and operation mode, especially its reference service, the inter-library loan and document delivery service, which have certain enlightenment to the development of China＇s university library.
