摘　　要：介绍了商业银行盈利性目标实现的内涵和有效途径,分析了制约国有商业银行盈利性目标实现的主要因素,探讨了如何完善与构建商业银行盈利性目标的实现机制。This paper introduces the connotations and effective ways of the realization of commercial banks＇ profitable target, analyzes the main factors restricting the realization of commercial banks＇ profitable target, and probes into how to perfect and construct the realization mechanism of the profitable target of commercial banks.
