摘 要:提出了接地网腐蚀状态检测的电化学方法,开发了适合现场应用的便携式快速检测系统.系统由限流探头、恒电位仪、数据采集卡、笔记本电脑以及相应数据处理软件构成.限流探头解决了电流分布的问题,数据的滤波和拟合处理可以消除噪声干扰以及土壤电阻的影响.使用时将探头插入待测地网上方土壤,施加恒电流极化,通过解析充电曲线得到表征接地网腐蚀状态的极化阻力值Rp.利用该系统在一些发电厂和变电站进行了检测,取得了良好的结果.The galvanostatic technique was adopted to diagnose the corrosion situation of grounding grid for electric substation. A portable computerized system was constructed to implement the in-field measurement, which consists of current limiting probe, potentiostat, data acquisition card, laptop and data processing software. The probe was designed to solve the current distribution problem, the data processing software was developed to eliminate the noise and the IR drop by wavelet filtering and Levenberg-Marquardt fitting respectively. The measurement procedure involve inserting the probe into the soil right above the target grounding grid, detecting the galvanostatic charge curve and finally obtaining the polarization resistance Rp as an evaluating parameter. The system was applied at several electric substations and showed good performance in these practical applications.
