摘　　要：随着新的技术环境的产生以及图书馆事业发展的需要,引入职业生涯规划管理理念是高校图书馆在网络时代求得生存和发展的必然选择。从健全测评人才机制、设定目标、注重人才培养、创新人事管理、重视女性馆员的职业生涯规划等方面,探讨了高校图书馆在网络时代实行职业生涯规划的措施。With the generation of the new technological environment and the needs of library development, introducing the concept of career planning management has become an inevitable choice for university library to get existence and development in the Internet age. This paper probes into some measures for implementing the career planning by university library in the Internet age from aspects of perfecting the talents evaluation mechanism, setting up the targets, paying attention to talents training, innovating the personnel management, and attaching importance to the career planning of female librarians, etc.
