摘　　要：高校图书馆人力资源的能力建设是图书馆人才再造的重要课题。提出将岗位素质模型引入高校图书馆培训工作中以建立有效的培训体系,分析了岗位素质模型与培训体系各环节的内在联系,阐述了图书馆岗位素质模型的构建步骤,并初步探讨了基于岗位素质模型建立图书馆培训体系的各个环节。Capability construction of human resource of university library is an important problem of library personnel reconstruction. This paper puts forward the suggestion on establishing effective training system through introducing the post competency model into the training work of university library, analyzes the relations between the post competency model and the training system, expounds the procedures of establishing library＇s training system based on the post competency model.
