摘　　要：工业废弃地系统由环境子系统、经济子系统和社会子系统构成。基于对各子系统进化主导因素的分析选择,提出工业废弃地土地更新利用的框架分别为环境子系统的生态系统进化、经济子系统的产业结构优化、社会子系统的社会利益维系以及系统整体的发展循环经济,论述了4个框架下土地更新利用的11种模式,提出了工业废弃地土地更新利用的程序。Industrial wasteland system comprises sub-systems such as environment system, economy system and social system. Based on the analysis of dominating factors in system evolving process, this paper forwards the four frameworks of the reuse of industrial wasteland that constituted the sub-system of environment, econo- my, society and system as a whole is respectively the ＂ecosystem evolving＂, the ＂industrial structure optimizing＂, the ＂social interests maintaining＂ and the ＂circular economy developing＂. Then, this paper discusses on the eleven modes and the pro- cess of the reuse of the industrial wasteland.
