摘  要:利用从味精废水中筛选出的一株高活性假丝酵母Y-10进行味精废水处理.对pH、温度、接种量、装液量、处理时间等工艺条件进行了研究,确定最佳条件为:pH5.4,温度30℃,接种量10%.在最佳条件下应用新型气升式双向内环流动态反应器培养假丝酵母Y-10处理味精废水,废水COD去除率达95.1%,菌体干重达22.62g/L.Monosodium glutamate (MSG) waste water was treated by Candida Y-10 selected from the waster water. The behavior of MSG waste water treatment by Candida Y-10 in different culture conditions was studied and the optimum treatment conditions were obtained: pH=5.4, treatment temperature 30℃ and inoculation rate 10%. A dynamic airlift twodirection loop bioreactor was used to treat MSG waste water under the optimum treatment conditions. The COD was reduced by 95.1% and dry weight was up to 22.62 g/L.
