摘　　要：目的:探讨枸橼酸西地那非(万艾可)上市8年来可疑不良反应发生的特点,对临床规范用药提供有益借鉴。方法:查阅世界卫生组织药物不良反应数据库,检索并分析和比较万艾可的不良反应报告。结果:万艾可药物不良反应报告主要集中在心血管、神经、消化等系统,各个系统不良反应表现形式各异。严重不良反应如死亡、心肌梗死、心绞痛及异常勃起的报告率逐年下降。结论:应该继续规范万艾可的临床应用,以尽量减少死亡、异常勃起等严重不良反应的发生,该药物对肺动脉高压、神经再生、女性性功能障碍等病症的新型应用研究应该谨慎进行。OBJECTIVE： To discuss the characteristics of the ADRs （adverse drug reaction ） caused by Viagra （Sildenafil Citrate） in 8 years ever since it has been put into market so as to offer beneficial references for clinical standard medication. METHODS： Viagra- induced ADR cases were collected from WHO ADR database and which were analyzed statistically. RESULTS： Cardiovascular system, nervous system and digestive system were predominantly involved in Viagra- induced ADRs, which manifested differently. The incidences of serious Viagra - induced ADRs such as death, myocardial infarction, angina pectoris and priapism have been decreasing year by year. CONCLUSION： The standard use of Viagra should be emphasized to minimize the incidences of serious ADRs including death and priapism etc. The research on the new use of Viagra in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension, neural regeneration and female sexual disturbance etc should be carried out cautiously.
