2004～2007年我院门诊消耗金额前50位药品应用分析

摘　　要：目的:了解我院门诊经费消耗前50位药品的使用现状及发展趋势。方法:对2004～2007年我院门诊经费消耗前50位药品的用药金额及用药类别等数据进行统计。结果:我院门诊人血白蛋白的用量在2004年、2005年的消耗金额中居前列;一些中成药物如抗衰平衡冲剂、安康欣胶囊、安多霖胶囊在使用过程中由于疗效、不良反应等因素的影响,使其用药量呈大幅下降趋势;而一些新研制或开发上市的或刚进入我院使用的中成药如白芍总苷胶囊、华蟾素胶囊、强骨胶囊、银花泌炎灵、金龙胶囊、蛹虫草菌胶囊、百乐眠、银丹心脑通、草乌甲素片等的使用量呈快速上升趋势。药品品种数增加较多的是影响机体免疫功能的药物和中成药;消耗金额增幅较大的是抗肿瘤药、免疫系统用药和中成药。结论:我院门诊应加大对一些新研制或开发上市的或刚进入我院使用的中成药的疗效、适应证进行评估,及时收集和反馈其应用过程中出现的不良反应事件,提高用药的安全性。OBJECTIVE： To investigate the status quo and trend of the utilization of top 50 drugs in terms of consumption sum in outpatient department of our hospital. METHODS： The consumption sum and drug category of top 50 drugs in terms of consumption sum in the outpatient department of our hospital during 2004 - 2007 were analyzed statistically. RESULTS ： The consumption sum of human serum albumin took the lead among all the drugs used in outpatient department of our hospital in 2004 and 2005. The consumption of some Chinese patent medicines such as anti - aging balance granules, Ankangxin capsules and Anduolin capsules witnessed a great reduction on account of poor curative effect and side - effect, however, some new Chinese patent medicines such as Total glucosides of paeony capsules, Cinobufotain capsules, Qianggu capsules, Yinhuamiyanling, Jinlong capsules, Cordyceps militaris capsules, Bailemian capsules, Yindanxinnaotong capsules and Caowujiasu tablets assumed fast increasing tendency in consumption quantity. The drugs which influencing the immunological function and Chinese patent medicines witnessed a rapid increase in drug variety, and the consumption sum of Antineoplastic agents, drugs which influencing the immunological function and Chinese patent medicines witnessed a great increase. CONCLUSION： Evaluation on the efficacy and indications of the newly developed drugs or newly - marketed or newly - purchased drugs in our hospital should be emphasized for a timely collection of feedback of the adverse drug events appeared in their application so as to improve medication safety.
