摘  要:在对我国既有建筑抗震加固与节能改造现状进行分析的基础上,结合两者的技术特点,提出了抗震加固与节能改造一体化的概念。同时,介绍了太原财贸职业技术学院2号公寓楼一体化改造实例,该工程采用整体钢筋网水泥砂浆加固墙体,增设混凝土叠合层加固预制楼板,利用玻化微珠保温砂浆进行节能改造,大大缩短了工期,节能效果显著,充分体现了一体化施工的优越性。Based on analysis on domestic situation of seismic reinforcement and energy saving reconstruction for existing buildings, the concept of integration is concluded according to their technical characteristics. No. 2 apartment of Taiyuan Vocational and Technical College of Finance and Commerce is reconstructed with integration method. Construction measures are adopted for energy saving reconstruction such as using integral mesh reinforcement mortar to reinforce wails, adding concrete composite layer to reinforce prefabricated floors and using vitrified microsphere insulation mortar. The project has been finished with short construction period and obvious energy saving effect which reflects the advantages of integration construction.
