美国总统大选中女性选民的作用及性别差异问题研究

摘　　要：近些年来,美国选举政治中女性选民的地位和作用以及"性别差异(gender gap)"现象一直是美国媒体争相报道的热点话题和"性别政治学"研究的重要课题。尽管从美国历届尤其是1980年以后总统大选的相关统计数据来看,"性别差异"并不十分悬殊(在4%—12%的范围内波动),但是这一现象却具有非常重要的政治意义。本文结合2004年美国总统大选,针对女性选民在2004年大选中的作用、美国历届尤其是1980年以后总统大选中的"性别差异"现象以及"女性选民"和"性别差异"现象对党派之争、竞选策略、以及美国政策中有关性别问题的突显性的影响进行了深入的分析和探讨。In recent years,the role of the women and the gender gap in the electoral politics in the United States have always been the hot-button topic of the American media coverage and the most important scholarship in the discipline of ＇gender politics＇. According to the data concerning American Presidential Races in the recent decades, although the gender gap has not been great （in the region of 4 to 10 percentage points）,it has been politically significant. Therefore, in the light of 2004 American Presidential Race ,this paper aims to explore the role of women in 2004 American Presidential Race, ＂gender gap＂ in most American Presidential Races （especially after 1980 Presidential Race）,and the relationship between ＂women and gender gap＂ and ＂party competition, election strategies and the salience of gendered issues on the American policy agenda＂.
