摘 要:以10个紫斑牡丹(Paeonia rockii)品种为供试材料,对其相对电导率、结合Logistic方程计算的半致死温度(LT50)、MDA含量、可溶性糖含量的变化进行了研究,探讨了供试材料的抗寒性。结果表明:紫斑牡丹的相对电导率随温度的降低而升高;越冬期间所有品种的MDA含量、可溶性糖含量随温度的变化先升后降。供试品种的抗寒性排序为:紫冠玉珠>大漠风云>紫楼镶金>红冠玉珠>蓝玉三彩>众姐妹>和平红>红裙玉带>玉瓣绣球>蓝天梦。A study was conducted to determine the relative electrical conductivity, semilethal temperature, contents of MDA and soluble sugar of ten varieties of Paeonia rockii at low temperature in order to discuss the cold tolerance of different varieties. The logistic equation was constructed based on the relationship between REC and temperature. Results showed that, with temperature decreasing, the electrical conductivity of P. rockii increased and the contents of MDA and soluble sugar first increased and then decreased. The cold tolerance of variety ‘Ziguan Yuzhu' is the best, and then followed by ‘Damo Fengyun' , ‘Zilou Xiangjin' , ‘Hongguan Yuzhu' ,‘Lanyu Sancai' , ‘Zhongjiemei' , ‘Hepinghong' , ‘ Hongqun Yudai' ,‘Yuban Xiuqiu' and ‘Lantianmeng' in order.
