摘 要:2006年6月-2007年11月,在泰山东北虎园收集了3只半散养(园区占地面积2万m2)雌性东北虎(Panthera tigris altaica)发情交配期和育幼期的粪样,利用放射免疫分析法对粪便中的雌二醇和孕酮质量分数进行了测定。结果表明,雌虎粪样中雌二醇质量分数在发情交配期一直维持高水平,基本都在4.0×10-10以上,峰值达1.2×10-9以上;育幼期水平较低,基本都在4.0×10-10以下,两时期质量分数差异极显著(P<0.01)。孕酮质量分数在发情交配期和育幼期基本都在1.0×10-7以内,育幼期稍高,峰值达4.0×10-7以上,两时期质量分数差异不显著(P>0.05)。Three semi-free-ranging female Amur tigers (Panthera tigris altaica) were chosen to collect dejecta during rutting and nursing periods from June 2006 to November 2007 at Taishan Amur Tiger Park. Concentrations of fecal estradiol(E2 ) and progesterone (P) were measured during the two periods by radioimmunoassay method. Results showed that fecal E2 concentration of the female tigers kept a higher level during the rutting period, which was usually more than 4.0 × 10^-10 and its peak value reached over 1.2 × 10^-9. Fecal E2 concentration was usually less than 4.0 × 10^-10 during the nursing period. There was an obvious difference in E2 concentration of female tiger between rutting and nursing periods. Fecal P concentration was usually less than 1.0 × 10^-7 during the two periods, and the concentration kept a higher level during the nursing period compared with that during the rutting period. The peak of P concentration was more than 4.0 × 10^-7 during the nursing period. No obvious difference in P concentration was found between the two periods.
