摘  要:全连续冷连轧机的自动张力控制系统是保证全连续冷连轧机稳定连续轧制的重要前提。作者以河北中钢钢铁有限公司五机架全连续冷连轧机组为背景,自主设计冷连轧机张力控制系统。介绍了张力控制系统的控制原理和系统结构,提出直接张力与间接张力相结合的张力自诊断与自处理控制系统。系统在该厂精调改造中投入使用,并取得了良好效果,在轧制极薄带钢中保证了张力的稳定和较高的控制精度。Automatic tension control system for continuous tandem cold mill is an important presuppo- sition for stable rolling process. For a five-stand continuous tandem cold mill in Hebei Zhongsteel Iron and Steel Co., Ltd., an automatic tension control system was designed independently. Control theory and system structure of the tension control system are introduced. Tension self-diagnosis and auto-disposal system which combines direct tension control with indirect tension control is put forward. The system has been put into operation in the rebuilding of the factory. Good effect was obtained. Stable tension and higher control accuracy were achieved in extreme thin strip rolling process.
