非脱垂子宫经阴道切除91例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨非脱垂子宫经阴道切除(TVH)适应证的变迁、手术方法的改进、临床应用价值及优缺点。方法对91例行TVH病例进行回顾性分析。结果TVH成功率97.8%。手术时间40～160min,平均58min。出血量80～680ml,平均200ml。术后住院天数平均为5.5天,无明显术后并发症。结论非脱垂子宫经阴道切除是一种经济、安全的子宫切除术式。Objective To explore the indicative change, improvement of surgical procedure, clinical application, advantage and disadvantage of the transvaginal hysterectomy（TVH） for the nonhysteroprolapse. Methods 91 cases patients with leiomyoma of the ulterus, adenomyosis, dysfunction uterine bleeding （endometrial hyperplasia） and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia （CIN）, Ⅱ - Ⅲ grades were perform the TVH from July,2002 to June 2008. Resealts The result showed that TVH were completed successfully with a success rate of 97,8%.The mean operativetime was 58 mins with a range of from 40 mins to 160 rains. The mean bleeding was 200 ml （rang 80 to 680）. The average postoperation hospital stay was 5.5 days. No severe complication occurred. Conclusion TVH operation is a safe and reliable surgical procedure for patients with unprolased uterus.
