摘 要:目的评价MRI对腓肠肌运动性损伤的诊断价值和临床意义。资料与方法选取29例X线平片未显示胫腓骨骨折,但MRI显示有腓肠肌损伤的运动性损伤患者,MR检查时间为外伤后1~14天,采用相控阵表面体线圈,常规T1WI、T2WI以及T2WI脂肪抑制序列,部分加做了短时间反转恢复序列(STIR),扫描以平行于胫腓骨长轴的矢状面和冠状面为主,辅以垂直于骨骼长轴的横断面。结果29例中发现腓肠肌Ⅰ度损伤11例,Ⅱ度损伤13例,Ⅲ度损伤5例,均未显示胫腓骨骨折及骨挫伤。结论腓肠肌运动性损伤具有特征性的MRI表现,显示清晰,全面,采用合理扫描技术并正确认识其MR征象,可为临床提供可靠诊断。Objective To evaluate the value of MRI for gastrocnemius muscle of exercise-induced injury. Materials and Methods Twenty-nine cases with exercise-induced injury confirmed by MRI withpout tibia and fibula fracture were enrolled in this study. MRI examination was performed at 1 - 14 days after injury. Sagittal, coronal and axial MRI examinations included conventional T1 WI, T2 WI, T2WI with fat-suppressed, and/or short period of inversion recovery (STIR) sequences were taken using phased array body coil on the surface. Results Among the cases with gastrocncmius muscle damaged, 11 cases were slight injured (degreeⅠ) , 13 cases were middle injured (degreeⅡ ) , and 5 cases were severe injured (degree Ⅲ). Conclusion Exercise-induce injury of gastrocncmius muscle have characteristics on MRI. MRI is helpful to reliable clinical diagnosis using appropriate scanning technology.
