摘  要:介绍了真空碳酸钾脱硫系统的工艺自主开发、工程设计与工业化实施过程。以产-学-研结合的研发模式,通过构架先进的过程仿真软件开发平台,进行工艺过程模拟和优化,形成完整的、独立的、具有自主知识产权的工业化研究成果。这种研发模式克服了传统工艺研发过程的缺陷,可缩短研发周期,节约研发经费,降低工业化风险。这一成果使我国焦炉煤气脱硫技术达到国际先进水平。The process self-development, engineering design and industrialization implementation course of vacuum potash desulfurization system were introduced. Taking the development mode of the combination of production, study and research, by means of frame advanced process emulation software development platform, the process was simulated and optimized to form integral, independent and industrial research fruit with self intellectual property right. This research and development mode has overcome the defect of conventional process research and development, the research and development cycle can be shortened and the cost for research and development was saved, the industrial risk was lowered down. This fruit enabled coke oven gas desulfurization technology of our country reached to the international advanced level.
