摘 要:AS工序腐蚀严重的原因在于没有控制好H2S和NH3的分解反应。在过氧情况下H2S和NH3的分解反应产生SO3和NO2,SO3和NO2遇水生成硫酸和硝酸。由于没有有效处理措施导致其对AS工序尾气系统设备的腐蚀。通过适当调整工艺和改变材质,能够减轻AS工序设备腐蚀程度。The cause of serious corrosion of AS process lies in that the reaction and decomposition are not controlled well. Under peroxidizing conditions, the decomposition and reaction of H2S and NH3 form SO3 and NO3 and SO3 and NO3 form sulfuric acid and nitric acid when they contact with water. Because there is no ef- fective treatment measure, the corrosion of AS process end gas equipment occurs. Through appropriate process adjustment and mater change, the corrosion degree of AS process end gas equipment can be reduced in some extent.
