住院精神病人治疗依从性影响因素及护理对策

摘　　要：为探讨住院精神病人治疗依从性的有关影响因素,对128例住院精神病人采取自拟调查表的方式,进行有关临床资料的调查分析.发现了影响依从性的若干主要原因,提出了相应的护理干预措施,以改善患者对住院治疗的依从性.In order to investigate the treatment of the mentally ill patient compliance, 128 cases of mental patients were studied by the adoption of the proposed questionnaire for patients. With clinical analysis of survey data, the main reasons of in-patient treatment compliance were found： age, education, marriage, family, course of disease, drug side effects, attitude of medical staff, health education, and so on. The corresponding countermeasures were proposed to improve treatment of compliance
