摘 要:目的探讨维持性血液透析患者C反应蛋白与同型半胱氨酸的变化以及两者的相关性。方法测定40例1年以上(透析时间24个月~8年不等)透析充分的维持性血液透析(MHD)患者透析前后同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、血肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮的数值。结果血液透析前,同型半胱氨酸的含量为22.13±1.04,而透析后的含量为8.39±2.67存在显著性差异,,说明血液透析可以增加同型半胱氨酸的含量。维持血液透析C反应蛋白升高的同时,同型半胱氨酸也明显升高,P〈0.05。结论血Hcy、hsCRP升高,可以作为MHD患者动脉粥样硬化的独立危险因素。Objective To investigate the changes and the correlation of high - sensitivity Creactive protein (hsCPR) and Homocysteic acid (Hcy) in maintenance hemodialysis (MHD) patients. Methods 40 cases of sufficient dialysis patients who had performed dialysis more than 1 year (24 month to 8 years) were observed. The data of Hcy, hsCRP, Scr and BUN beroe and after dialysis were recorded. Results The contents of Hcy was 22.131 104 before dialysis and 8, 392.67 after dialysis. There are significant difference between them. It seems that MHD can raise the contents of Hcy. Hcy raising follows hsCRP increased( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Blood Hcy and hsCRP raising could be independence risk factors of atherosclerosis in MHD patients.
